Shipping policy

Payment confirmation triggers order processing within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–21 business days after your goods are shipped out. Delivery time is an estimate and may be impacted by customs, weather and logistics events. Shipping charges are generated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight. Buyers are fully responsible for import duties and local taxes. A tracking link will be sent to your email after shipment. If parcels are returned due to invalid address or recipient refusal, return shipping costs fall to the buyer. Re-shipment is possible only upon payment of additional shipping fees. We cannot ship certain products to PO boxes.
